Special Needs Plans
Special Needs Plans are Medicare Advantage plans with extra benefits for people with low incomes or for those living in long term care facilities or living in the community, but requiring an institutional level of care. Amerigroup offers Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) and Institutional Special Needs Plans (I-SNPs) in Tennessee.
